The Company was purchased in January 2007 by AIMs listed company, NeutraHealth plc. www.neutrahealthplc.com, who also own Bio-care www.biocare.co.uk and Nutrigold www.nutrigold.co.uk. All staff, including Directors, have been retained and the business will work as an independent business unit under the NeutraHealth umbrella.
This is the third acquisition for Neutrahealth in less than two years and comes on the back of recent announcements regarding the launch of the TravelGuard and Champneys product range. Nationwide distribution has already been agreed for TravelGuard and negotiations are ongoing with major retailers for UK roll out of Champneys vitamins and supplements later this year.
