NEUTRAHEALTH PLC ACQUIRES PERRIGO UK VMS BUSINESS
NeutraHealth plc are pleased to announce the acquisition from Perrigo Company of Allegan, Michigan, USA of their total UK vitamin, mineral supplement (VMS) and contract manufacturing business which traded as Perrigo UK Limited.
The business will be re-branded Brunel Healthcare Manufacturing and become part of the Brunel Healthcare family, whilst also providing services for the other NeutraHealth plc Group companies.
This cornerstone acquisition reinforces the pre-eminent position of NeutraHealth plc, the parent company of Brunel Healthcare, within the UK's natural wellbeing market and its status as the leading supplier for private label VMS.
At the same time the OTC Pharma business of Brunel Healthcare has been spilt into a separate company, Brunel Pharma, which has been sold to Perrigo and will operate within their UK operation.
